ENTRY REQUIREMENTS FOR HIGHER NATIONAL DIPLOMA (HND) REGULAR I
a. A National Diploma (ND) obtained with a minimum of Lower
Credit in relevant disciplines from institutions with programmes accredited by
National Board for Technical Education (NBTE), with a minimum of one (1) year
Industrial Training in accordance with your field of study.
b. Candidates who obtained ND at Pass Level with a minimum
of two (2) years Industrial Training in the field of study.
c. At least five (5) Credit Passes in SSCE (WAEC &
NECO), GCE O’Level, NABTEB or its equivalent in relevant subjects including
English Language & Mathematics in not more than two sittings.
d. Candidates who were admitted to ND programmes through
JAMB inclusive of items (a) to (c) above.

Thousand, Seven Hundred and Fifty Naira (N15,750.00) only, made online with

METHOD OF SCREENING
1. All candidates would be scheduled for a Computer Based
Test (CBT).
2. Candidate’s certificates and evidence of registration
will be screened.
3. Any candidate who entered false/wrong information will be
disqualified.

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS FOR HIGHER NATIONAL DIPLOMA (HND) REGULAR II
Candidates must possess a National Diploma (ND) from a
recognized/accredited Polytechnic or Monotechnic. Candidates must possess five
(5) O/L Credit passes in not more than two (2) sittings, including English
Language and Mathematics. Candidates must have at least one year Post National
Diploma/Industrial Training Experience.

Thousand, Seven Hundred and Fifty Naira (N16,300.00) only, made online with

CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS FOR SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATES
All candidates who succeed in gaining Admission into the Polytechnic shall be required to appear with relevant documents for Screening at the Admissions Office.

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS FOR NATIONAL DIPLOMA (ND) REGULAR I
i. Candidates must have at least five (5) credits in SSCE (WAEC & NECO), G.C.E. O’Level, NABTEB or its equivalent in relevant subjects including English Language and Mathematics in not more than two (2) sittings.
ii. Candidates who sat for 2026 UTME in the relevant subjects to the course of study.
ELIGIBILITY FOR PARTICIPATION
i. Candidates who chose Delta State Polytechnic, Ogwashi-Uku as first or second choice and scored 100 and above in the 2026 UTME Exercise.
ii. Candidates who did not choose Delta State Polytechnic, Ogwashi-Uku, but now wish to be considered for admission and scored 100 and above in the 2026 UTME.
iii. Candidates who did not choose Delta State Polytechnic, Ogwashi-Uku as first choice in JAMB must log on to [email protected] and complete the change of Institution procedure before application.
iv. Candidates whose choice of course in UTME differs from what they are applying for must log on to [email protected] and complete the change of course procedure before application.
NOTE: CANDIDATES WHO DO NOT COMPLY WITH THE ABOVE PROCEDURES WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED FOR ADMISSION.
