Dr. Florence Nwanne Olise serves as Head of the Department of Library and Information Science in the School of Information and Communication Technology at Delta State Polytechnic, Ogwashi-Uku.
She holds a Doctor of Philosophy degree in Library and Information Science from Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka. She also earned Master of Science and Bachelor of Science degrees in Library and Information Science from Delta State University, as well as a Diploma in Library Science.
Her areas of specialisation include information and communication technology, research and academic librarianship. She is particularly interested in modern library and information services and the promotion of ethical research practices.
