SUG Week 2026: Goodwill Message to All Students
The Student Union Government, Delta State Polytechnic, Ogwashi-Uku Chapter warmly welcomes all students to the 2025/2026 Academic Session Student Week Celebration.
This year’s SUG Week is designed to bring students together in the spirit of unity, creativity, culture, sportsmanship, leadership, and celebration. It is a special opportunity for students to step away from routine academic activities, connect with one another, showcase their talents, and celebrate the vibrant student community of Delta State Polytechnic, Ogwashi-Uku.
The celebration will run from Monday, July 6 to Friday, July 10, 2026, featuring a rich lineup of engaging activities across departments, faculties, cultural groups, and student bodies.

The Student Union Government encourages every student to actively participate in all activities. Whether you are representing your department, celebrating your faculty, showcasing your culture, joining sporting activities, or attending the grand SUG Day celebration, your presence will make the week more exciting and memorable.
Students are advised to celebrate responsibly, respect one another, and maintain peace and order throughout the celebration. Let us make this year’s Student Week safe, vibrant, and unforgettable.
